The $34 million Tulsa Paper Company project injected an immense amount of art and culture into downtown Tulsa.  The renovation of this historic building made way for a satellite location for the Philbrook Museum of Art, the University of Tulsa Zarrow Center for Art and Education, the 108 Contemporary fine craft gallery, the Woody Guthrie Center, and the Fly Loft, a rehearsal space for nonprofit performing arts organizations.  The building opened in phases throughout 2012 and 2013.
